These terms and conditions are in relation to business and work carried out by Little Nat Ltd. Agreeing to work with me (Natalie Lupo) or anyone contracted to work for Little Nat Ltd implies that you (The Client) have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
PAYMENT:
You will pay the standard day rate unless a different rate has been agreed prior to work commencing. Rates are negotiable for long term projects, registered charities and non-profit organisations, but must be agreed before any work commences.
The minimum time that can be billed is 1 half day rate.
Overtime will be charged at a rate of time and a half per hour (minimum one hour).
If more than £3,000 is owed, you must pay the outstanding amount before any further work can be scheduled and/or carried out.
All invoices must be paid within 30 days or receiving the invoice. Failing to do this may result in a late payment fee. Interest will be charged at a rate of 8% plus Bank of England base rates. If debt collection or a court case should arise, all costs will also be passed onto you.
SCHEDULING:
A working day is defined as being from the hours of 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch. Out of hours work is acceptable if discussed and agreed before work commences.

Any penciled bookings must be confirmed within 48 hours of the work commencing, otherwise I cannot guarantee my availability due to my personal commitments.
CANCELLATIONS:
If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the work is due to commence, you will be liable to pay the full balance based on the original booking.

ILLNESS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If I am unable to work due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances (train strikes, etc), then I will endeavor to find a suitable replacement for the work agreed. However, the ultimate responsibility lies with you to have a back up or alternative contact to call upon.
OTHER TERMS OF SERVICE
All projects, rushes and associated assets will be kept for a maximum of 12 months. Copies of your project can be made but may result in additional fees to cover time and materials, including hard drives, postage costs, etc.
When working for you, it is your responsibility to ensure all footage and source material provided is owned by you or has the necessary permissions to use. Any copyrighted material that is used without permission will be your responsibility.
I reserve the right to use any work I have edited for my personal promotion, including my showreel, website, etc.
